Creamed Honey is also known as: creamed honey, whipped, spun honey, churned honey, honey fondant, and (in the UK) set honey. Whatever you call it, it’s simply wonderful. Our Raw Wildflower Honey is creamed through moderately intense and timely stirring of fresh honey at a low temperature. It creates a, rather unique, soft butter or thick cream-like texture. The process of creaming, when carried out properly, prevents raw honey from becoming solid and hard for a long time, while preserving its healthy nutrition.

As with every honey variety we sell: Nothing is added, nothing is taken away. What you get is a wholesome, raw, unheated honey.
