Natural Polyflower Raw Honey from ECO Area

Polyflora or Polyflower honey is obtained from the nectar of several species of plants that bloom at the same time of year (sunflower, rapeseed, acacia, fruit trees, and other flowers). The color and aroma vary depending on the predominant type of flower. It is a food endowed with healing and cosmetic properties.

Like all of our honey, Polyflower honey is collected with love from our lovely bees and carefully harvested by hand from the hives of Bulgarian native meadows and forests, far away from pollution and pesticides. Unpasteurised, unheated, unfiltered, single origin. Our Raw Honey is creamed at the apiary.

BE AWARE:

• Natural honey crystallizes within a few months of collection, depending on the floral variety. It should be noted that artificially added sugar no longer crystallizes. If you prefer fluid honey, put this jar in a bowl of water (40°C/104°F) until it becomes fluid again.

• As with every honey variety we sell: Nothing is added, nothing is taken away. What you get is a wholesome, raw, unheated honey.

• The Raw honey is immune-boosting, antiseptic and is greatest sugar alternative!

• Not recommended for babies under 12 months.
