Natural Rapeseed Raw Honey from ECO Area

Our Rapeseed honey is the result of honeybees pollinating high concentrations of the rapeseed plant. The honey itself is identifiable by its yellow or buttery-yellow colour, its cabbage-like aroma, and its slightly peppery flavour that tastes delicious on a slice of toast, in a warm mug of tea or with anything needing a kick of natural sweetness.

Like all of our honey, the Rapeseed Raw honey is collected with love from our lovely bees and carefully harvested by hand from the hives of Bulgarian native meadows and forests, far away from pollution and pesticides. Unpasteurised, unheated, unfiltered, single origin. 

BE AWARE:

• Natural honey crystallizes within a few months of collection, depending on the floral variety. It should be noted that artificially added sugar no longer crystallizes. If you prefer fluid honey, put this jar in a bowl of water (40°C/104°F) until it becomes fluid again.

• As with every honey variety we sell: Nothing is added, nothing is taken away. What you get is a wholesome, raw, unheated honey.

• The Raw honey is immune-boosting, antiseptic and is greatest sugar alternative!

• Not recommended for babies under 12 months.
