This is an extremely fragrant honey with really rich, unforgettable flavour, one of the most aromatic, delicious and precious honey types. It has a fresh characteristic flavour on linden flowers with hint of caramel. Our Linden Raw honey is medium bodied with a fine and delicate taste.
This type of honey is an effective cough suppressant and great remedy for sore throat. It is also historically known to be good for nervous and cardiovascular system. Linden honey also has higher levels of vitamin B, and C.
Like all of our honey, Linden honey is collected with love from our lovely bees and carefully harvested by hand from the hives of Bulgarian native meadows and forests, far away from pollution and pesticides. Unpasteurised, unheated, unfiltered, single origin.

Natural honey crystallizes within a few months of collection, depending on the floral variety. It should be noted that artificially added sugar no longer crystallizes. If you prefer fluid honey, put this jar in a bowl of water (max. 40°C/104°F) until it becomes fluid again.
- As with every honey variety we sell: Nothing is added, nothing is taken away. What you get is a wholesome, raw, unheated honey.
- The Raw honey is immune-boosting, antiseptic and is greatest sugar alternative!
- Not recommended for babies under 12 months.
